Beach access was a plus. It provided convenient opportunities for seaside relaxation.

the room was dark, and the lighting arrangement seemed strange. one air conditioner couldn't be turned off and because of that, the room was freezing day and night. a technician came but did not fix the problem.

Charming Stay!

easy access multiple pools breakfast variety reliable room service

The hotel has great access to the beach and multiple large pool areas. I found plenty of spots to relax near the pool and in the restaurant area. Breakfast offered a good variety. The staff was always available to assist. I also used room service. It was quick and reliable!!!

I noticed slightly worn areas in the hallways, a minor issue in an otherwise lovely place.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, responding quickly to requests, and the general service was attentive. Assistance with luggage was fast and efficient. I really appreciated their responsiveness to all our needs.

The pools are big and well kept, I found enough sun loungers and shaded areas. The beach is directly accessible from the hotel grounds. The gardens are lovely, and the overall environment is serene and enjoyable!!!

inadequate lighting mosquito problem

the breakfast had numerous choices and seating, a good point.

the room looked clean at first, but it was very dark and lacked proper lighting. mosquitoes were present, and one air conditioner could not be turned off, resulting in a freezing room day and night. reception did not offer a solution, and while they promised to spray for mosquitoes, no one came.

charmed by this resort

fine resort beachfront location easy access

i found the resort fine, directly on the beachfront. it included deck and pool chairs, a lovely selection of restaurants, and easy access to more dining and shops along the waterfront. a big shopping mall was only a short walk away (about 25 minutes).

i noticed a faint sewer smell in the corridors leading to the gym, but it wasn't a major issue.

Our beautiful sea view double room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The air conditioning worked well. i had a safe in the room and blinds that shut well. the room was clean on arrival.

Excellent stay

buffet breakfast helpful staff

I found the buffet breakfast to be excellent. It included a large variety of local and western dishes plus amazing pancakes. The staff members are also friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.

I did notice the need to reserve a deck chair around the pool early. Guests put towels out to reserve chairs, then disappeared for the morning. I found this practice frustrating.

Really good Stay

wide selection helpful staff

The breakfast offers a wide selection of local and international dishes. The range ensures all tastes are catered for. I found the staff consistently helpful and polite throughout my stay. Their attentiveness really enhanced my experience here.

I found securing a deck chair around the pool challenging. It was necessary to reserve a chair early in the morning. This created some inconvenience. Perhaps additional chairs would alleviate this issue.
